Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make the booking and has to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancallation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below:

If booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by the pre-booked hotels.

If boking is cancelled within 10 days before arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
